Caleb and Norah

Man I LOVE his hair!
Norah had her first dentist appointment and did wonderful.  She's always been so upset when we take the older kids and she couldn't wait for her turn
The younger two could go to a park everyday.  Luckily we have one close to our house and sometimes end up there in pj's

Norah decided to put a bead up her nose one day….  The only other experience I had with stuff up the nose was Savvy at this age put a goldfish cracker up there, luckily we were able to get it out.  Norah not so much, I could NOT get it out.  So we loaded up and headed to the pediatrician.  Ours wasn't there but we were able to see someone pretty fast and he said he wasn't sure if he was going to be able to get it out….sigh…. he left the room to find some kind of tool and Norah sneezed and wrinkled up her nose and i was able to get it out!  She keeps me on my toes

Norah's 3

My Norah bug.  She has the entire family totally smitten over her.  She is hilarious, brave, sassy, lover all things little and kisses.  She is growing into this amazing little human and I can hardly handle it, I've yet to get tired of watching her.  At least 3 times a day I say "look at Norah" and she's doing something precious or hilarious.  She loves princess as much as she loves playing outside with the boys, she loves getting muddy but usually has on a tutu :)

She wanted a Sofia birthday and we had all the family over to celebrate her and she loved it.  We love you amazing girl

Naps, Play and a Vest

We turned Norah's crib into a toddler bed and she has started napping all over the house.  She is quiet and sneaky and I will think she is in her bed and then find her asleep on the floor.  I could eat her little precious face

Caleb and Norah have a love hate relationship and him tying her up here was when they were in the love part of their relationship :)  He would tie her up then she would fake cry and he would come to her rescue and free her, they would hug and then repeat the scenario over and over
And oh my!  Caleb's preschool picture.  His vest is so small now but he still doesn't want to let it.  And when he asked to where it for pictures… Absolutely ;)  I love it

Cohen's Hair

Cohen has been contemplating what he was going to do to his hair this year since he had the rat tail last year.  His beautiful creative mind somehow came up with the idea of having "boss"… yes boss, shaved into the side of his head.  I laughed so much at this.  Michael and oh my mom hated the idea.  I had to do some good searching to find someone courageous enough to shave this into his head.  He drew what he wanted (that's a lightening bolt at the end of boss) but our insanely talented hair dresser decided there wasn't enough room on his sweet little head.  It was hilarious and Cohen LOVED it and when he went to school it was everything he wanted it to be… I got emails from 2 different teachers, one mad at me that I cut "her samson's hair":)  oh I love my Cohen

Caleb's Registered

We registered Caleb for Kindergarten!!!  I've been super weepy about this whole process (surprise, surprise).  We got to see his hallway, they gave him a shirt and a sign to put in our yard.  He was so proud and excited.  When they gave us the sign they told everyone to e-mail a picture of your family to the principle
Several weeks later a friend from church came in with this clipping!!  We have laughed and laughed.  The school laminated it and put it up in the front hallway.  The kids are convinced they are famous

Momma's time out

I've been able to have a good bit of adult time lately...  AND its fantastic;)  We went and saw Billy Joel and it was good, definitely not my favorite concert but still fun.  He lost me when he told everyone that he had a lover in Memphis once and she called him her New York treat…. eeww and gross...
I had a friend get married and she had a photo booth set up and we had way WAY too much fun with it, this by far was my favorite
Michael and I both got a some kind of fever virus but how precious is Indie.  I love her so much, she doesn't care if I'm contagious.  I think Savvy avoided me for 2 days, she is terrified of getting sick :)  But how funny is it that when I realized I had a fever I did an internal high 5 because I knew I was totally justified to lay in bed all day
I went on a woman's retreat with our church for the weekend.  We slept and laughed and ate it was wonderful

Big Hill Pond

We went camping with one of our favorite families to Big Hill Pond.  We stayed 2 nights and hiked 2 trails.  On Saturday most everyone got ticks on the trail… Michael had over 20 on him when we got home…   Cohen saw a snake and buddy does NOT like snakes.  He ran to me screaming "mommy save me"
