Pumpkin Patch

We had Cohen's birthday party at Priddy Farms, it is a pumpkin patch in Bartlett. The kids got to do a hay ride back to the patch and then pick their very own pumpkin. My wonderful mom made all the kids their own pumpkin cake to eat after all that hard work! The kids had a blast! Other exciting news today. Our good friends the Stewarts are adopting precious Nolen from Russia. They have been there since October 5 and won't be back until November 7th. Today Nolen is officially theirs, PRAISE GOD!!!!

    I loved Cohen's party Ash!!! It was one of the best birthday parties I have ever been too! You are such an amazing mom :)

    I love all the pictures! I have some to post too! I saw Chad and Hollys blog too....I was showing Clinton last night bc he had no idea they were adopting! I know they are so excited!

    Ashley, I love and hate looking at these pictures all at the same time. I wish so much we were still there. Looks like you are having so much fun. You really are the best Mom. Savvy and Cohen are so lucky. His party looked like so much fun. I can't believe he is 2! Miss you. How far is Memphis from Gulf Shores?? Are you sure you don't need one last beach trip before Thanksgiving!?

    It’s good news! My fiancé and I are also planning to adopt a child once we get married. It just feels right and I know I am capable of taking care of kids because I love them and I loved your post for that reason. Send me your and Stewarts address I would like to invite you guys on my wedding which is in one of the Chicago venues next month.
